Shipping Rates and Policies

North American Knives ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders.  Unless otherwise specified, orders are normally shipped by standard UPS Ground service.  In stock items will be shipped the next business day after they are received.  If there will be a delay of more than 48 hours on an item you order, we will notify you by e-mail of the delay so you can make an informed buying decision.

United States: There is a flat $9.95 shipping charge on orders of $150 or less.  Shipping is FREE on orders over $150.

Shipping to Canada:  Shipping to Canada is $15 more than the shipping rates for the United States.

Shipping to other countries:  Shipping to all other locations is $35 more than the shipping rates for the United States for all orders up to 15 pounds.

RETURN POLICY: Your SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.  Products can be returned to North American Knives for any reason within 30 days from the date shipped for a full refund of the purchase price.  The product must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition, along with the original packaging.  North American Knives will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after shipment to the customer, excluding returns of a defective product.  Shipping will be refunded on defective or mis-delivered items.   

Should you receive a product you feel is defective make sure you contact us.  We deal with quality products and many of them carry a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.  Also, you need to contact us because some manufacturers wish to have defective products returned directly to them.

You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization # before making a return.  Unfortunately, we can not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA# so that you get proper credit.  Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.  We will let you know where to return your product.  

To obtain a RA#,e-mail us at customersupport@northamericanknives.com,  or call us at (541) 403-0711. We will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.  RA#'s are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
